Job Summary

Marketing Coordinator is a key member of the marketing team who works with management to develop and implement marketing campaigns. They act as a liaison between departments to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and that the brand voice and message is consistent across all channels.

Full-time, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30 CST

Key Responsibilities

Create marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Support corporate events, including planning, logistics, and vendor coordination.
Assist with internal and external communications, copywriting, and content development.
Support marketing campaigns through research, execution, and evaluation.
Edit video content for marketing and communications needs.
Manage marketing collateral, project timelines, and vendor relationships.
Collaborate across departments and manage projects from concept to completion.

Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Experience with Microsoft Suite of Products
Experience with the Adobe Suite of Products
Ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to function well in a high-paced, and at times, stressful environment

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent professional marketing experience.
