Twin Lakes Extended Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions.
Pay$40.00 - $46.44 per hour. Pay is based on experience and benefit selections. Higher hourly rates may be available for employees who opt out of certain benefits.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care and administer medications
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes
- Complete clinical documentation and follow care plans
- Work closely with nursing staff and providers to support resident care
- Active RN license required
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Medical, Dental, Vision
- 401(k)
