TRIO HEALTH PARTNERS in Illinois is seeking an in-house Nurse Practitioner to provide internal medicine services in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will lead care for geriatric residents, build relationships with families and staff, and contribute to the clinical leadership team.
You will work Monday–Friday with flexible start times, no nights or weekends, and a focus on preventive care. Salary ranges 105,000–130,000 USD with monthly bonus opportunities, plus benefits and licensure reimbursement.
