We’re working on an exciting photovoltaic project that is currently in the construction phase, and we need your expertise to make it a smashing success. What you’ll be doingAs our Civil/Mechanical Supervisor, you will be the go-to person for overseeing all civil and mechanical aspects of the construction. This means ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and according to plan. You’ll coordinate teams, manage resources, and make sure our high standards are met every step of the way.
What we’re looking forWe need someone with at least 2 years of solid experience in this field. Your ability to manage teams and ensure top‑notch quality is key. Plus, you’ll need a valid U.S. work visa and a great command of English. We’re a global team, so clear communication is a must.

Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate all civil works on site.
- Oversee mechanical installations and ensure they meet project specifications.
- Monitor construction progress and report on timelines and potential issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage and lead site teams, fostering a collaborative and productive atmosphere.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on‑site challenges effectively.
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil/mechanical supervision.
- Proven experience in photovoltaic projects.
- Valid U.S. work visa.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
