Hinkle Contracting, LLC, a CRH Company, is seeking a skilled asphalt paving equipment operator in Kentucky. You will control the paver, monitor material flow, and ensure quality workmanship on diverse projects across central Kentucky.
The role requires at least a high school diploma and two years of asphalt/road construction experience, plus ability to travel with the crew, and to work nights or weekends as needed. Safety and OSHA/MSHA rules are mandatory.
