About the Job
We are searching for qualified customer service representatives with personality and people skills. This role offers opportunities for growth, from customer service representative to management, and beyond. You must be at least 16 years old.
Qualifications- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Some duties may be restricted to individuals under 18 years of age.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
- Ability to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Use verbal, written, and telephone communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers.
- Train and orient new team members (orientation and training provided on the job).
Exposure to varying weather conditions, temperature changes, food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500 degrees, cramped quarters, and sharp edges with moving mechanical parts.
SensingTalking and hearing on telephone. Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks. Depth perception. Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
TemperamentsThe ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
Physical Requirements- Standing: most tasks performed from a standing position.
- Walking: for short distances and durations.
- Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds.
- Carrying: large cans (3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lb), trays of dough (12 lb per tray).
- Pushing: trays on dollies (24‑30 lb, up to 7.5‑10 lb force).
- Climbing: infrequently navigate stairs or ladders.
- Stooping/Bending: forward bending at waist necessary at assembly station.
- Crouching/Squatting: occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
- Reaching: up, down, forward continuously; up to 72 inches upward.
- Hand Tasks: eye‑hand coordination, continuous use of hands, forceful use of forearms and wrists, manipulation of pizza peel and cutter.
General training and orientation provided on the job. Team members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, and TDD equipment.
