Product Engineering Lead
As Product Engineering Lead, you will own the vision, roadmap execution and operational excellence of your Business Unit— with a product-first lens. You will form a tight leadership duo with the BU General Manager, co‑owning the BU strategy, product and engineering roadmap, KPIs and P&L impact. This is a rare role at the intersection of product thinking and engineering leadership—for someone equally comfortable setting product direction, driving prioritisation decisions and representing their BU in front of customers and senior leadership.
