Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision of Electrical Works:
    Lead and manage the electrical construction team, providing clear direction and supervision to ensure all electrical installations are performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Project Execution:
    Oversee the day-to-day electrical construction activities, coordinating with other site supervisors, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project progress.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Implement and enforce Eosol Group’s quality control procedures for all electrical work. Conduct regular inspections and testing to verify compliance with design specifications, local codes, and industry best practices.
  • Safety Management:
    Champion a strong safety culture on site. Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. Conduct safety briefings, hazard assessments, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Technical Expertise:
    Provide expert technical guidance and problem-solving for all electrical-related issues encountered during the construction phase. Review electrical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
  • Resource Management:
    Assist in the planning and allocation of electrical resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.
  • Reporting:
    Maintain accurate and detailed records of electrical work, progress, safety incidents, and quality control findings. Prepare regular progress reports for project management.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Liaise effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and potentially client representatives to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
  • Troubleshooting:
    Identify, diagnose, and resolve electrical faults and issues promptly to minimize project delays.
  • Commissioning Support:
    Support the commissioning and handover phases of electrical systems, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Qualifications and

Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in electrical supervision, with a significant portion focused on photovoltaic (PV) projects.
  • Proven experience in the construction phase of photovoltaic projects is essential.
  • Valid US work visa is mandatory. Candidates without a valid US work visa will not be considered.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency (written and spoken) is required for effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations relevant to PV installations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in electrical construction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding construction environment.
Desired Attributes:
  • Experience with large-scale solar farms.
  • Certifications related to electrical work or solar installations.
  • Familiarity with project management software.
