Role summary

We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive to own our cyber opportunities end-to-end. You will focus exclusively on cybersecurity, owning our pipeline and positioning for our offensive and defensive AI‑powered security solutions. This is a unique opportunity to shape how enterprises adopt Mistral's cyber capabilities.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, Solution and Engineering teams to co‑own product positioning, ensuring we speak the language of security buyers with technical credibility. Your success will directly impact our ability to deliver AI‑powered cybersecurity solutions to enterprise clients.

What you will do Client Engagement
  • Own the pipeline and drive the full sales cycle for our cyber opportunities
  • Lead discovery conversations focused on cybersecurity pain points
  • Demonstrate how our agentic workflows solve real security challenges
  • Navigate enterprise procurement processes for security solutions
Technical Credibility
  • Build trust with technical buyers through deep cybersecurity knowledge
  • Co‑own product positioning with GTM and Product teams
  • Translate complex AI‑powered security capabilities into business value
About you
  • Proven B2B security or enterprise sales experience with a track record of closing complex deals
  • Technical credibility to discuss cybersecurity concepts, architectures, and solutions with buyers
  • Comfortable co‑owning product positioning with cross‑functional teams
  • Ability to operate independently and manage your own pipeline
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security landscapes and buyer personas
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self‑motivated with a bias toward action and results

It would be ideal if you also have:

  • Experience selling AI/ML‑powered solutions or platform technologies
  • Existing network in the enterprise cybersecurity space
  • Familiarity with penetration testing, red‑team, or SOC operations
  • Experience with early‑stage or high‑growth technology companies
  • Background in technical presales or solutions engineering
