ISCOD cherche un étudiant(e) motivé(e) pour un poste en alternance au sein de l'équipe à Paris. Vous travaillerez directement avec le Directeur de Magasin et le RRH régional, en prenant en charge l'administration du personnel et le recrutement. Les responsabilités incluent la saisie des contrats, l'organisation des plannings et la pré-qualification des candidats.
Le candidat idéal est dynamique et rigoureux, et doit être en formation Bac+2 à Bac+5. Une rémunération adaptée sera proposée en fonction du niveau d’études.
