Responsibilities- Responsible for all maintenance of plant equipment and facilities.
- Plan and execute a preventative maintenance schedule without interruption to production.
- Maintain plant equipment to provide the most efficient manufacturing production process.
- Maintain equipment to meet all safety, mechanical, electrical, and quality standards.
- Monitor equipment and facilities for any issues that may interfere with our production schedule.
- Attend meetings with Management to discuss maintenance issues, status, and timetable for repair.
- Proactively identify and implement continuous improvements that contribute to plant efficiency, safety, and reduce production expenses.
- Responsible for a safe, clean, and hazard-free working environment.
- Periodically travel to other plants as needed.
