Voici ci-dessous un listing des livrables recherchés chez mes clients :
- Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers des utilisateurs
- Participer à des projets d'
implémentation, migration ou rollout Infor M3 - Réaliser le paramétrage de l'ERP (modules : Finance, Achat, Vente, Supply Chain, Production…)
- Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et cahiers de paramétrage
- Conduire les tests (UAT, recette fonctionnelle) et accompagner les mises en production
- Assurer le support (N2/N3) et la résolution des incidents
- Animer les ateliers métiers et former les utilisateurs
- Proposer des améliorations continues des processus et des solutions M3
