Nesco Resource - - Responsibilities:
Adhere to all safety precautions and PPE requirements while completing duties;
Ensure lines are set-up and running to production schedule per work orders;
Perform line changes and cleaning/inspection of lines and pumps;
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and address failed checks;
Stage/unload railcars and tank trucks; take samples to QC lab; prepare customer trucks with sealing and paperwork;
Inspect and close MPOs; maintain accurate production records; collaborate with Supervisors and Maintenance;
Monitor and assist packaging operators; support QA to rectify quality issues; stop line if contamination suspected;
Possess ability to perform duties of packaging operator and material handler; comply with cGMP; manage hazardous/universal waste;
Report to production supervisor; may deal with extreme heat/cold and production-area conditions
