Process Engineer (Contract-to-Hire) - cGMP Manufacturing
We are seeking a hands‑on Process Engineer with experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or highly regulated cGMP manufacturing environments. This 12‑month contract‑to‑hire opportunity supports capital projects, production optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities- Improve production line performance, equipment uptime, and operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues; perform root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Support capital projects involving manufacturing equipment and control systems
- Partner with Safety, Quality, and Production teams to ensure compliance and product quality
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodologies
- Collaborate with vendors and cross‑functional teams to implement process enhancements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical or related preferred)
- 5-8 years of Process Engineering experience in cGMP‑regulated manufacturing
- Experience with pharmaceutical solutions, solvents, or similar products preferred
- Knowledge of FDA, cGMP, ISO standards, and safety regulations
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Paris, KY - Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM (occasional 6:00 AM start, overtime as needed) - Pay Rate: $53.00 /hour
