SST Direct, located in Paris, KY, seeks an experienced heat-treat operator to run furnaces and process automotive wheels and metal parts according to defined specs. You will load/unload parts, ensure correct positioning, and monitor temperatures and cycle times to maintain product quality.
You will also maintain production records, follow safety procedures, and coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet daily output while supporting 5S and continuous improvement
