Production Associate – Heat Treat Department

A leading manufacturing facility is seeking a dependable Production Associate to support heat-treat operations and ensure safe, efficient production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can follow detailed instructions, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You'll Do

• Complete hardness tests according to established procedures to verify product quality.
• Off-load parts safely and efficiently to maintain production flow.
• Monitor heat-treat processes and report any irregularities.
• Use hand tools and equipment, including hardness checkers, air buffers, and a Gorbel crane.
• Follow all standard work instructions and maintain safe work habits at all times.

What You Need

• Ability to stand on your feet for 8+ hours per shift.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Willingness to work off-shifts and overtime as needed.
• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.
