Clinical Coordinator (RN) – Emergency Services

Salary: $10,000 Two‑Year Commitment Bonus

Friday – Sunday, 6a–6p

The Clinical Coordinator (RN) in Emergency Services will coordinate staff scheduling, educational and development activities, performance evaluation, and ensure consistent, high‑quality patient care in accordance with accreditation and regulatory standards.

• Coordinate staff scheduling, educational/development activities, and performance evaluations.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting delivery of clinical services and patient flow.
• Perform quality assurance studies and assist with implementation of QA/QI initiatives.
• Serve as a resource to staff and external contacts regarding clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor departmental compliance with accreditation, legal, and The Joint Commission requirements.
• Provide direct patient care as needed in accordance with scope and standards of practice.
• Participate in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Provide quality patient care and work other shifts/units as needed; may be assigned on‑call.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Applicants must hold a current state RN license and a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.

• 1–2 years minimum Emergency RN experience required.
• 2–4 years critical care experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• One year of Emergency Room RN experience preferred.
• BCLS required; ACLS, PALS and Handle with Care preferred.
