Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire) – 2nd

Are you an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician looking for a long-term career with excellent pay and advancement opportunities? We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join a leading automotive manufacturer in Paris, KY.

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Install and maintain new production equipment.
• Complete work orders and document repairs performed.
• Work with production teams to improve equipment reliability, safety, quality, and productivity.
• Respond quickly to equipment downtime and production needs.

• Associate's degree or technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• PLC experience preferred (Fanuc controls and robotics experience are a plus).
• Experience with CNC machining centers, stamping equipment, or automated manufacturing equipment is preferred.
• Must be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and plant shutdowns as needed.

• Full-Time
• Training will be completed on 1st shift.
• After training, candidates will transition to either 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Overtime available

• Starting Pay: $35.15/hour
• $1.00/hour shift differential upon transition to 2nd shift
