Delivery Driver; S Main St

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver pizza and related products directly to customers by car.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers to locations within the designated delivery area.
• Operate all equipment used in the store.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and assemble orders.
• Receive and process telephone orders and take inventory.
• Complete associated paperwork and clean equipment and facility daily.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers, and provide correct written instructions.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Maintain a safe driving record and follow all traffic laws during deliveries.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that may be used for delivery.
• Navigational skills: able to read a map, locate addresses within the delivery area and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, climb and navigate short distances; able to lift up to 50 lb and carry up to 30 lb items.
• Basic math skills for adding, subtracting and making change.

• Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, reaching, hand tasks as described.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions while delivering product.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36 °F to above 90 °F.
• Exposure to fumes, dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts.
• Varying work environment includes cramped quarters and walk‑in cooler.
