As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as a vital point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring exceptional service and support making a meaningful impact behind the scenes!

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, providing clear and accurate information.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding customers through solutions.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions thoroughly in the company's CRM system.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to assist customers effectively.
• Follow call center scripts and guidelines while adapting communication style to meet individual customer needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve skills and stay informed about updates.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Banking experience is a plus
