Primrose Pediatric Therapy, LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing outpatient pediatric therapy team. We are a privately owned clinic committed to providing high-quality, family-centered care to children from birth through adolescence.

This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys building meaningful relationships with children and families while working collaboratively within a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Position Summary

The Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat pediatric clients with a variety of communication, feeding, swallowing, and developmental needs. The SLP will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals, and provide evidence-based interventions that promote functional outcomes and independence.

Responsibilities
  • Perform speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
  • Provide skilled treatment for speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, social communication, AAC, feeding, and swallowing disorders.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation, including daily notes, progress reports, and plan of care updates.
  • Educate and collaborate with parents/caregivers regarding treatment strategies and home programs.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with occupational and physical therapists.
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, insurance, and clinic documentation requirements.
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and therapeutic environment for children and families.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Tennessee Speech-Language Pathology License (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred;
    Clinical Fellowship candidates will be considered.
  • Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential.
