Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

Paris, TN

Coverage Area:
Carroll, Benton, Henry, and Weakley Counties

Rate: $50.00 per hour

Join Our Home Health Team

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality in-home healthcare services to patients throughout the Paris, Tennessee service area. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys working independently, building strong patient relationships, and delivering exceptional care in a home health setting.

Position Details
  • Schedule:

    Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • On-Call Requirement:
    Every third week
  • Productivity Expectation: 30 points per week
  • Territory:
    Carroll, Benton, Henry, and Weakley Counties
  • Mileage Reimbursement:
    Not provided between patient visits
  • Dress Code:
    Blue scrubs
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
  • Complete comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians and healthcare team members.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  • Educate patients and families regarding disease management, medications, and care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Previous Home Health RN experience required.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and patient education skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible patient schedule.
