Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, oral hygiene, skin care, changing bed linen, assisting with dressing and undressing, toileting, and keeping living area clean and orderly.;
Take and record oral, temporal, and axillary temperatures, pulse, respiration, pulse oximetry, and blood pressure when ordered.;
Perform simple procedures as an extension of nursing services as ordered.;
Assist patients in the self-administration of medications.;
Report on patient’s condition and significant changes to the assigned nurse or case manager.
