Compensation

$17.00 to $26.91 per hour.

This role is designed for external retail assistant managers and store managers interested in “fast-tracking” into a Store Management position. This role requires a minimum of 1 year retail management experience.

We offer the opportunity for retail sales associates to earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $2.36 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

We are seeking a Store Manager Trainee with a minimum of six months of store management experience. The Store Manager Trainee is accountable for day‑to‑day operations and promotes a positive/productive environment. The position partners with the Store Manager to lead and develop staff, recruit and retain top talent, maximize financial goals, and manage customer relations and satisfaction.

Alongside the Store Manager, this role analyzes store financial statements, commits to company asset protection, promotes the business, and targets new customer acquisitions. Employees work with a variety of merchandise, including jewelry, general merchandise, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

Position offers hourly wage, plus commission based on productivity and a bonus based on store performance. Actual pay depends on location, qualifications, and experience.

• Facilitate a customer‑centric environment by engaging customers and rapidly addressing issues.
• Monitor and assist in training of staff to meet company standards.

• The Assistant Store Manager acts as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
