• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices
• Match invoices to purchase orders and packing slips
• Balance accounts and assist with basic accounting tasks
• Count, track, and reconcile inventory
• Core tracking
• Manage parts returns
• Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory areas
• Identify discrepancies and report shortages or overages
• Work closely with office and warehouse staff to ensure accuracy

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with numbers, invoices, and inventory counts
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to occasionally perform physical tasks like stocking shelves
• Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or inventory management
