Position Overview

As a Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success, managing client relationships, and ensuring the effective delivery of our comprehensive supply chain solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor for our key accounts, leveraging your deep understanding of supply chain management and technology to deliver value-driven solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Client Relationship Management:

* Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

* Account Strategy Development:

* Create strategic account plans tailored to each client's unique business objectives and challenges.

* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Blue Yonder's suite of solutions.

* Solution Delivery Management:

* Oversee the implementation and integration of Blue Yonder's solutions, working closely with project managers, solution architects, and customer success teams.

* Ensure that project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met, coordinating with cross-functional teams to address any arising issues.

* Customer Advocacy:

* Act as an advocate for the client within Blue Yonder, communicating client feedback to product management and development teams to drive product enhancements.

* Present regular updates and progress reports to clients, highlighting achievements, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with client goals.

* Business Development:

* Participate in business development activities, including proposal development, contract negotiations, and closing of new business deals.

* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.

Required Experience and Skills

* Experience:

* 8+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or consulting, preferably within the supply chain software or technology industry.

* Proven track record of managing large, complex client accounts and delivering successful projects.

* Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.

* Technical

Skills:

* Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.

* Proficiency in using supply chain management software solutions.

* Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

* Soft Skills:

* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

* Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
