Milton Hershey School (MHS) is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students in a family-like environment.
Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, medication administration, and leading devotions with Sunday Chapel participation. Path to Placed Houseparent follows key developmental milestones and a nine-on, three-off schedule.
