HWH is seeking an experienced Civil Project Superintendent to oversee and coordinate field activities for civil and industrial construction projects. This role provides leadership to foremen and field crews while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily field operations for civil/industrial projects
- Manage and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
