Eosol Group, a leading company in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team for an exciting photovoltaic project in the construction phase. About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Site Manager to oversee all aspects of the construction of a significant photovoltaic project. This role is crucial for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while adhering to all safety and environmental regulations. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction site, leading the site team, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Supervision: Lead and manage all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Team Management: Supervise and direct the site construction team, including subcontractors and labor, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Quality Control: Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure the work performed meets Eosol Group’s high standards and project requirements.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site, implementing and enforcing all health and safety policies and procedures. Maintain a strong safety culture.
  • Schedule Management: Develop, monitor, and manage the project schedule, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track.
  • Budget Management: Work closely with the project management team to monitor project costs and ensure efficient resource allocation to stay within budget.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, engineers, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and communication.
  • Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction phase.
  • Documentation: Ensure all site documentation, including daily reports, safety records, and progress logs, is accurately maintained.
Qualifications and

Experience:
  • Required Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Manager, specifically within photovoltaic projects during the construction phase.
  • Work Authorization: Must possess a valid work permit for the USA
    .
  • Language

    Skills:


    Advanced level of English (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with international teams and stakeholders.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Strong understanding of photovoltaic systems, construction methodologies, and relevant technologies.
  • Leadership

    Skills:

    Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
