This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Paris, TX. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide tailored support, address client needs effectively, and ensure a positive service experience. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, resolving service-related issues, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with insurance policy reviews and updates to meet customer needs.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and effective client communication
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and accounts efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in relevant computer software and CRM tools
• Previous experience in the insurance industry or customer service roles is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in insurance or customer service-related fields is a bonus
