Position: Back Office Dental Assistant (Bilingual – English/Spanish, Training Provided)

Overview

Paris Children’s Dentistry is a growing pediatric dental office dedicated to creating a welcoming and positive experience for children and their families. Our team specializes in child-focused dental care, with a mission to help every young patient build a lifetime of healthy smiles. We are seeking a dependable and motivated bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate to join our team as a Back Office Dental Assistant.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in dentistry. No prior license is required — we provide hands-on training and will support you in working toward your Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license as you grow with us.

Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists and hygienists during procedures (after training).
  • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments.
  • Support the daily flow of the office, both clinical and administrative.
  • Communicate clearly with patients and families in both English and Spanish.
  • Provide comfort and reassurance to pediatric patients and their families.
  • Help with scheduling, charting, and general office tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Interest in dental care and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and able to work with children of all ages.
  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to pursue RDA licensure in the future (training and guidance provided).
