General Dentist Opportunity – Paris, TX

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join a thriving practice in Paris, TX—a scenic and culturally rich community located in Northeast Texas, just under two hours from the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Practice Highlights:
  • $800K in annual production
  • 700 new patients annually
  • Patient base:
    Adults & Pediatrics
  • Payer mix: PPO, Medicaid, Cash
  • Solo-dentist model with full clinical autonomy
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Up to $25,000 Monthly Guarantee (based on experience/location)
  • Bonus potential for exceeding production goals

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Dental License in the State of Texas
  • DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications
  • Proficient in extractions and endodontics
  • Comfortable treating patients of all ages
  • Texas Medicaid credentialed (or eligible)
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset
