Customer Services Project Intern; GBS BS​/MS

Position: Customer Services Project Intern (GBS) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)
The FR Service team is responsible for educating, inspiring, and building long-term relationships with key clients across the Entertainment, Travel, Fin Serv, and Education/Government industries in France. In this role, you will be fully integrated into the team and supported through a structured internship program, including a dedicated 1:1 mentor, exposure to Tik Tok's business operations, and opportunities for both personal and professional development.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting Client Solutions Managers on strategic projects across the Entertainment, Travel, Fin Serv, and Education/Government industries in France

* Contributing to measurement initiatives, including Brand Lift Studies (BLS) setup, reporting, and learning agenda development

* Assisting with weekly campaign follow-ups, performance analysis, and optimization recommendations

* Supporting client education initiatives, particularly around Ad Policy and platform best practices

* Conducting industry-specific and thematic trend research on Tik Tok to identify relevant insights and opportunities for clients

* Creating, improving, and maintaining client-facing presentation templates and internal deck frameworks

Minimum Qualifications:

* Currently in your penultimate year pursuing a bachelors degree, or in your final year going on to study a Masters, graduating in 2026.

* Must be available to start immediately in Paris for 6 months minimum.

* English professional proficiency is required, as well as proficiency in French for ongoing collaboration with the team.

* Project management experience and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate, innovate and implement ideas.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Work experience in Sales, Advertising, Consulting, Analysis, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Technical Sales, and Operations, or related fields is a plus

* Studying an Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, or Communication degree

* Autonomous spirit, data-driven, and results-oriented.
