First Baptist Church, Paris seeks a Minister of Students to plan, coordinate, direct and evaluate the student ministries for 7th–12th graders. The role partners with church staff and committees to align youth programs with the church's vision.
The ideal candidate will provide leadership, recruit and train leaders, and manage an annual budget in collaboration with the Senior Pastor and Finance Committee, including occasional night/weekend duties as needed.
