As an HSE Supervisor, you'll be a crucial part of our construction phase, ensuring that our high standards for safety, health, and environmental protection are met and exceeded. You'll be working on exciting, large-scale projects that are literally changing the world, one solar panel at a time! ☀️
What will you be doing?- Championing safety culture on-site:
You'll be the go-to person for all things HSE, promoting a proactive safety mindset among the entire team. Think of yourself as the guardian of good vibes and safe practices! 😎 - Conducting regular site inspections and audits:
Spotting potential hazards before they become issues is your superpower! You'll identify risks and ensure that all safety regulations and company policies are strictly followed. 🧐 - Developing and implementing HSE plans and procedures:
You'll be involved in creating and refining our HSE strategies to make sure they're top-notch and effective. - Investigating incidents and accidents:

- A minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in HSE supervision, with a strong preference for experience in photovoltaic projects. We need someone who knows the ropes in the solar world! ☀️
- Academic qualifications that permit you to exercise in the position in the USA. We need to make sure you're legally set up for success!
- A valid work visa for the USA. Gotta have the right paperwork to join our US adventure! ✅
- Advanced English proficiency:
