Industrial Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead field execution, drive project success, and support continued growth.

RW Cox Inc. is a premier industrial mechanical and process piping contractor specializing in stainless and carbon process systems, mechanical fabrication, and installation across food & beverage, heavy industrial, and mission-critical environments.

This role is ideal for someone with strong process piping and mechanical field experience who understands how to manage projects from kickoff through startup while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring safety, schedule performance, cost control, and client satisfaction. This role works closely with field leadership, fabrication, estimating, and clients to successfully deliver projects on time and on budget.

Field and Technical experience should include:

• Ability to interpret P&IDs, isometrics, and fabrication drawings and translate into executable field plans
• Strong knowledge of process piping systems including sanitary tube and all exotic materials
• Experience coordinating rigging, equipment setting, shutdown work, and schedule-critical installations
• Familiar with QA/QC requirements

• Understanding of valves, instrumentation tie-ins, pumps, heat exchangers, and process equipment integration
