- Communicates with Project Managers and Project Coordinators as well as external and internal customers to determine the potential scheduling of outgoing product.
- Uses the Global Shop system to create sales orders, sales order acknowledgements, customer inventory reports, and packing lists.
- Maintains proper ship dates inside of the Global Shop system. Conveys any changes to appropriate personnel/departments using established procedures.
- Confers with customers and project teams regarding warranty and/or damage claims.
- Confers with customers and project teams regarding product returns and follows the company established Returned Materials Authorization guidelines.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
