One of the largest industrial multinationals is recruiting a Senior Internal Auditor with strong experience in manufacturing processes (inventory, purchase to pay, fixed assets, etc.) to join their team based in Krakow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute operational and financial audits across European entities
• Evaluate and improve internal controls, business processes, and risk management practices
• Focus on key manufacturing cycles such as inventory, purchase to pay, fixed assets, and related operational processes
• Prepare clear audit reports and communicate findings to management
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across different functions and locations
• Travel across Europe (approximately 20-30%)

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g. CIA, ACCA, CPA) is an advantage
• Experience in internal audit, ideally within a manufacturing environment and a Big 4 background
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and internal controls
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
