Position Overview

Role Description

As a Real Estate Transactions Intern, you will support the Transactions Team in the analysis and execution of real estate acquisitions and disposals for a range of investment vehicles (e.g. public real estate funds, institutional funds, and segregated mandates) with core, core+ and value‑add risk profiles.

The internship offers hands-on exposure to real estate transactions across the full investment lifecycle and close interaction with experienced investment professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Support (Acquisitions & Disposals):

Support the team in sourcing and analysing potential real estate investment opportunities

Assist in the review of investment proposals, including property, financial, legal, and tax aspects

Participate in financial and cash flow analysis, including DCF models, IRR, cash-on-cash returns, and sensitivity analyses

Help prepare internal investment materials and presentations for internal committees (e.g. Transaction Review Meetings and Investment Committees) in English

Support the coordination of due diligence processes with external advisors (legal, technical, tax)

Assist in the preparation of transaction documentation and support the transaction process up to closing

Conduct market research and provide insights on market trends, pricing, and comparable transactions

Candidate Profile

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field

Strong interest in real estate investment and transactions

Good analytical skills with an interest in financial modelling and valuation

Solid MS Office skills, particularly Excel; prior exposure to financial models is an advantage

Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style

Strong motivation, learning mindset, and ability to work effectively in a team

Very good English skills (written and spoken)

Availability for a full-time internship and willingness to work on project-based tasks with deadlines
