Responsabilités

* Participer à la coordination et aux relations avec toutes les parties prenantes internes et externes (finance, acquisition, juridique, gestionnaires d'actifs, équipe ESG, investisseurs ...) pour aider à la gestion des fonds et à l'amélioration des performances des fonds ;

* Contribuer à la production de rapports et présentations périodiques (à l'intention des investisseurs, des banques, au sein de SLAMFR etc.) ;

* Revue active et vérification des données immobilières, comp tables et financières au sein des différents supports digitaux (Immopac, Power

BI, Excel, etc.).

Expérience

* Formation :
Grande école de commerce ou d'ingénieur avec un double diplôme en finance ;

* Compétences informatiques : bonne maîtrise du pack Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) ;

* Connaissances linguistiques :
Français et anglais courant.
