Essential Job Functions- Process purchase requisitions and accounts payable information for all departments.
- Receive and process funds coming into the Finance Office.
- Balance the cash drawer daily.
- Prepare the daily cash report.
- Prepare daily deposits.
- Maintain records concerning HUD loans.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with job applicants.
- Handle citizen inquiries.
- Perform other minor duties and job cross‑training as required.
- Serve as backup to other Finance positions.
