- State and Federal Programs Compliance Coordinator

Contract - 2 days per week

Assignment
- Assist with State and Federal Programs responsibilities, duties, and compliance in all district programs.

Advise and Assist the State and Federal Programs Director with planning, implementation, and fiscal compliance of government-funded grants and educational initiatives (such as Title I, Title II, and ESSA guidelines). Provide insight and expertise in overseeing budgets, regulatory compliance, and district academic goals.

Primary Purpose & Overview

Provide guidance and technical assistance in program areas including, but not limited to the following:

  • Government and state grant projects
  • Compliance with regulations like ESSA and EDGAR
  • Grant planning, implementation, budgets, compliance and documentation
  • Serve as a resource to director in working with campus and district staff regarding federal program procedures
  • Assist in managing, reviewing DIP and CIP documents and procedures
  • Alignment of financial resources with district improvement plans
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities in Assisting the Director with:

  • Grant Management: Write, submit, and manage federal and state grant applications, budgets, and amendments.
  • Compliance Oversight: Monitor spending and program execution to meet federal, state, and local legal guidelines.
  • Staff Training: Train principals, teachers, and central office staff on accountability and program requirements.
  • Program Evaluation: Assess the academic and financial impact of funded programs to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Master
    19s Degree in Educational Leadership or related field.
  • Certification: Mid-Management or Principal Administrator Certificate.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in State and Federal Programs administration, grant planning, CNA and program documentation.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of federal laws, grant accounting, and compliance frameworks.
  • Organizational- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accurate record keeping, data analysis, and technical proficiency
