- Lead a team of two HR Managers to provide the full range of HR support to a total of 500+ employees (and growing) at two of the company’s non-union manufacturing plants located near Paris, TX.
- Work closely with plant leadership.
- Coach and mentor the HR Generalists.
- 4+ years of HR experience.
- Experience supporting two or more manufacturing plants simultaneously.
- Leadership experience.
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- Creative/innovative mindset.
