WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the EMESA Recruiting Assistant - Events, you will support the Regional Recruiting Team in delivering the EMESA talent acquisition event strategy across Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa. You will work closely with recruiting teams and cross-functional partners to plan and deliver in-person, virtual, and hybrid events that attract top talent to BCG.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping how candidates experience BCG events across the region, while helping teams make smarter, data-driven decisions.
You will contribute to key regional initiatives that strengthen BCG's employer brand, including the ASPIRE Women's Workshop, PROUD LGBTQ+ Workshop, the Annual Regional Recruiting Conference (ARRC), and more.
Your role combines hands-on event execution with analytical and process-focused work: from planning and delivering recruiting events to improving how we track, automate and continuously optimize them through data, dashboards and reporting. You will manage candidate communications and data flows, support the digitalization of recruitment and event processes, and share insights and best practices with local and regional teams.

* Detail-oriented and strategic, with a creative yet structured approach to delivering high-impact, scalable events
* Highly organized, able to prioritize and execute across multiple work streams and projects
* Proactive and forward-thinking, showing ownership from planning through execution and evaluation
* Data-driven and curious, using KPIs, dashboards and analysis to improve event outcomes and candidate experience
* A collaborative communicator who enjoys working across regions, functions and stakeholders
* Eager to learn and grow in a role that combines events, employer branding, automation and analytics
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
* Experience or strong interest in Events, Project Management, Recruitment Operations or Analytics
* Affinity with automation, process improvement and working with data (e.g. Excel, dashboards, reporting)
* Strong oral and written English communication skills
* Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience), ideally in Business, HR, Marketing, Events or Analytics, and an interest in combining hands-on execution with data-driven improvement.
