HR Generalist Internship

We are looking for a motivated HR Generalist Intern to join our Human Resources team s 6 months internship offers a broad exposure to HR activities and is a great opportunity for a Master's student (M1 or M2) seeking hands-on experience in both operational and corporate HR functions. You will work closely with the Headquarters HR team as well as the Corporate HR teams, including Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and HR Analytics.

As an HR Generalist Intern, you will support the HR teams in a wide range of activities, including:

* Assisting the HQ HR team in day-to-day HR operations

* Supporting Corporate HR projects (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Learning, HR

Analytics)

* Participating in HR reporting and data analysis

* Contributing to HR process improvement initiatives

* Supporting the early stages of the recruitment process, including CV screening and candidate pre
- selection, coordination of interviews and updating recruitment tracking tools

* Assisting with various HR administrative tasks and documentation

REQUIREMENTS

Education / Experience

* Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

* Strong interest in generalist HR and corporate HR topics

* Good analytical and organizational skills

* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

* Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented

* Comfortable working with HR data and digital tools

* Fluent in French and English (written and spoken
