Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
The Recruiting team is responsible for growing our teams at the company with great people across multiple technical and business areas. Our recruiters are strategic business partners, matchmakers, sellers, and marketers with strong relationships across the leadership team. As part of our Global Emerging Talent Team, you'll help build the pipeline that fuels the company's future, owning the full candidate journey for our interns, new grads, and early career hires across EMEA.
We're evolving how we do Emerging Talent recruiting. In 2026 and beyond, this isn't just about filling a calendar of campus events. It's about building a predictable, high-quality pipeline, delivering a candidate experience people talk about, driving representation at the entry level, using data to make sharper decisions, and taking smart risks to keep improving how we do all of it.
This role is central to that shift.
At the company, we place value in our office culture. The relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace (3 days/week in our Paris office) to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.
