Delivery Manager – Commerce & Partnerships PlatformYou will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of all initiatives within the Commerce & Partnerships domain, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and at the expected quality level. You will lead delivery teams, coordinate closely with our managed service partner, and optimize capacity, performance and collaboration across stakeholders during a period of transition toward a managed service operating model.
Responsibilities- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Commerce & Partnerships projects and maintenance items.
- Manage team capacity and ensure optimal resource allocation across different initiatives.
- Collaborate with our offshore managed service partner for cohesive delivery and alignment.
- Engage business stakeholders, project managers and technical teams to ensure clarity on objectives, dependencies and deliverables.
- Identify delivery risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure delivery quality and adherence to functional and performance standards.
- Continuously improve delivery processes and drive efficiency together with our service partner.
- 8+ years of experience managing or leading software engineering teams in an enterprise environment.
- Experience working with managed service partners and offshore teams.
- Strong project management skills with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
- Proficiency in resource planning, risk assessment and delivery oversight.
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops and .NET is considered a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers and tools (Excel proficiency; preference for using native systems when possible).
- Ability to understand and navigate technological trends and business concepts.
- Fluent English is required. Knowledge of French or Hindi is a plus.
- Relevant education:
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
