Project Manager - Key accounts - Flanders and Netherlands; Dutch speaking

Mission

This role is based at the Paris office.

As Project Manager for dutch speaking Key accounts, working within the Customer Success team and in close collaboration with all Dashdoc teams, you’ll manage projects end to end. You’ll ensure the successful implementation of Dashdoc within your clients’ human and IT environments, and support the sales team on complex deals.

• Own the end-to-end implementation of Dashdoc for our customers based in Belgium (Flanders) and in the Netherlands: ensure project success from initial training through to full deployment

• Work with the technical integrations team to make sure Dashdoc is properly integrated into your clients’ IT ecosystem

• Deliver the best user experience and client relationship, acting as the central point of contact across Sales, Product, and Tech

• Drive growth opportunities by understanding client needs and supporting them accordingly

• Help make Dashdoc the best tool on the market by gathering client feedback and contributing to internal process improvements

• Contribute to our growth on the Benelux market

• On-site visits to clients in Belgium and the Netherlands, with a wide variety of topics and stakeholders

• High impact for Dashdoc and for our clients’ growth; complex project management and involvement in the sales cycle

Alignment with company values:
Care, Ambition, Passion, Speed Driver’s license and flexibility: ability to travel independently to client sites in the Benelux, roughly once a week. A driver’s license is mandatory.

Experience in road freight transport or industry: solid understanding of the transport or industrial sector, with at least 5 years of experience. Strong customer service mindset and ability to understand business needs to propose effective solutions

Experience with complex software: experience managing complex tools (TMS, ERP, CRM, WMS…), as a project manager, consultant, etc., in logistics or supply chain

Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to persuade and build rapport, and to prepare and deliver impactful written and oral presentations

Organizational and analytical mindset: strong ability to analyze data and define KPIs, prioritize across multiple projects, and follow through on action plans. Proactive in solving problems

Languages:

native Dutch, and able to work in English daily (written and spoken). French is not mandatory.

Bonus: experience with SaaS tools, whether as an end user, consultant, or project manager
