Rodgers Wade is looking for an Assembly Lead to join our team in Paris, Texas!

Location / Ubicación: Paris, TX
Pay Rate / Salario Inicial: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Do / Lo Que Harás
- Verifies quality of finished pieces in accordance with company and customer requirements.
- Verifica la calidad de las piezas terminadas de acuerdo con los requisitos de la empresa y del cliente.
- Handles and resolves work and employee issues as needed.
- Gestiona y resuelve el trabajo y los problemas de los empleados según sea necesario.
- Continually trains and develops employees to facilitate job growth and cross training.
- Forma y desarrolla continuamente a los empleados para facilitar el crecimiento laboral y la formación cruzada.
- Participates in hiring, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
- Participa en contrataciones, evaluaciones de desempeño y acciones disciplinarias.
- Immediately notifies supervision of any issues related to material quality and documentation as well as tool performance and needs.

- Experience in construction or assembly work
- Comfort using tools and working with wood or laminates
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or shop drawings
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
