Mill​/Turn CNC Operator-Programmer

• Set up and run CNC equipment (mill and/or lathe) to hit exact specs and finish requirements.
• Read blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD models to determine setups and verify results.
• Track machine performance, making adjustments to tooling and offsets as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance; troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly.
• Use precision measuring tools to complete in-process and final inspections.
• Partner with teammates to improve workflows, cycle times, and consistency.
• Keep the work area organized and safe, following company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical machining education preferred).
• Proven background as a CNC Machinist, Operator, or similar.
• Strong blueprint and technical document interpretation skills.
• Working knowledge of CNC programming concepts and machine operation.
• Comfort with a range of machining tools and shop equipment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and practical problem-solving.
• Ability to work solo when needed and contribute on a team.
• Effective communication and a positive, professional demeanor.

• Own quality from first piece to final inspection.
• Champion safety and cleanliness to keep the shop running smoothly.
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes and efficiency.
